Our state-of-the-art 10,000 square foot facility is located on a beautiful two acre lot next door to Launch with . The center features ten classrooms, a full-service commercial kitchen, a private room for nursing mothers, secure access controls on all exterior doors, and high resolution cameras throughout the building’s interior and exterior.  Age-appropriate playgrounds are located immediately outside of each classroom for easy access.  The playgrounds also include a soccer area and large activity court.

We are new residents of Prattville and have been welcomed and made to feel cared for and right at home at Aim Academy of Prattville. Both of my boys love their teachers, and we have been especially pleased with the genuine care shown by Kacie, Melissa, Samiya, Sylvia, and Ethel. All of these teachers have helped ease the transition to a new place for both of my sons, and I am so grateful! Kacie and Melissa make a great team, and are excellent at keeping up with communication. Samiya builds genuine relationships with all of her students, and it shows! Our kids learn lots here!

My son Royal is a semi new student at AIM Academy. I absolutely adore the staff. They’re so understanding & welcoming. It warms my heart that they receive my youngest son with such TLC. Within the first week I was excited to hear that he was using the potty. AIM has a homelike feel and touch, being that I’m originally not from Prattville I feel right at home when it comes to trusting an environment for my child Royal to dwell when I’m not around. My son & I are so thankful & divinely blessed to be apart of their community. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone in need of trustworthy, friendly, welcoming child care needs 🙏🏽🥹🥰

Our family is so thankful for our AIM family. We started with their location in Pike Road and transitioned to Prattville when they opened there in January. The teachers and administrators are all amazing. Everyone in the building knows our children by name and seem genuinely excited to see them in the mornings. The facilities are state of the art and most importantly very safe. I love that there’s a fire and police department directly behind the center just in case of emergency. Our kids love it and learn so much! We love getting updates about their day and pictures on the app when we’re at work. I could go on and on!

We have had nothing short of an amazing experience at Aim Academy of Prattville. From the moment we walked in Mrs. Kathy and Mrs. LeAnn were both so helpful and kind. Every day when we walk in we are greeted with excitement and joy from Sam and she knows my children by name and shows genuine care when speaking to them. I cannot ask for teachers than Mrs. Rachel and Mrs Val in the baby room. When sending my child to a childcare center, all I want is child to be well taken care of. These two go above and beyond that and show so much love for my son. They are so communicative and provide so many updates throughout the day that I've felt secure in trusting them with my son from the first day. The Preschool Transition Teacher Mrs. Ashlyn is a GEM! She is so patient and kind towards the children. My daughter LOVES her some Mrs. Ashlyn. The activities they do are so creative and you can tell she puts a lot of thought and effort into her lesson plans and her classroom in general. She's also very communicative and let's me know as soon as something happens if it needs my attention. My daughter got pretty scraped up this past week on the playground and i was notified within 5 minutes of it happening. I cannot recommend this center enough.

Hi, I am Leann Marion, the Director at AIM Academy of Prattville. As Director, I am tasked with implementing AIM Academy’s core values throughout all of our classrooms and maintaining a fun and family friendly workplace. My degree is in Applied Science with an Early Childhood Education major. I have a combined experience of over 26 yrs in both teaching and as an administrator within the child care setting. A fun fact about me is that I was AIM Academy’s first employee!

Assistant Director

Hi, I am Cathy Jones, the assistant director at AIM Academy of Prattville. I work hard to build strong family relationships, provide quality care to our little ones, and promote strong, positive teacher relationships. I have a BS Degree from Auburn University in Human and Family Development. With over 25 years of administrative experience and almost a decade in the classroom, I understand the value and uniqueness of each child. A fun fact about me is that I love to spend time on our boat at Lake Martin with my children and grandchildren!

Tuition Rates

Our tuition rates are presented after the applicable ACH discount and our early enrollment promotional discount. You must pay via ACH to receive the applicable weekly ($10) or monthly ($43) ACH discount.  All families will receive our early enrollment promotional discount through August 2025.
