Pike Road Elementary

Our state-of-the-art facility is located on a beautiful 3.5 acre lot on Antioch Lane between Grace Episcopal Church and Pike Road High School. The center features include eleven classrooms, a full-service commercial kitchen, a private room for nursing mothers, secure access controls on all exterior doors, and high resolution cameras throughout the building’s interior and exterior. Age-appropriate playgrounds are located immediately outside of each classroom for easy access. The playgrounds also include a soccer field and picnic area. We proudly offer childcare and educational programs for babies and young children up to 4 years old, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-K. For children between 5 and 12 years of age, we provide an exciting before and after school program and summer camp.

KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM

AIM Academy Pike Road is proud to now offer Kindergarten!

AIM Academy offers a unique kindergarten experience. Our small campus is specifically tailored for young children from birth to five years of age. We nurture your child’s whole self as our kindergarten students learn through play, discover their creativity, and develop essential social skills in a warm and supportive environment.

Hailey Morrow

Director

Hi, I’m Hailey Morrow, the Director for AIM Academy at Pike Road. I have a passion for the education of all children. I earned my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Walden University and a Master’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from North Central University. Before joining AIM Academy, I was Director at New Hope Academy in Prattville, a school for neuro-divergent students. My two son’s Tucker and Asher, also enjoy being part of the school-age program here at AIM. A fun fact about me is I am known to be quite a creative artist.

Pam Potts

Assistant Director

My name is Pam Potts, and I am the Assistant Director for AIM Academy in Pike Road. My background is in Special Education, and I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University. Before joining AIM Academy, I worked as an Elementary School Teacher Assistant, where I served students from kindergarten through fifth grade. I am also a mom to a 10-year-old daughter who attends Alabama Christian Academy. An interesting fact about me is that I moved to the South from Southern California, where I was born and raised, four years ago.
